Three Healthy High-Fiber Yogurts for Breakfast

I’ve recently found Two Good yogurt, and boy, is it TOO GOOD. In the past, i’ve gone with fagé or other non fat greek yogurts. These are fine- but super tart. They have about 5g carbs per serving and flavorless, and bitter if I don’t add truvia. Two Good does it all, they have a ton of flavors AND only 3g of carbs.

Sometimes it’s hard to make breakfast every morning and I want something cool rather than cooking and omelet over a hot stove, especially in this summer heat. Here are three different ways you can meal prep. Each mason jar serves at least two or acts as two breakfasts! With just a serving of Julian Bakery Pro Granola, Husk Bakeshop Paleo Muesli, high-fiber chocolate almonds, or berries you automatically make it high-fiber!

Each servings has about 20g of fiber and 10g net carbs. Take one mason jar and layer ingredients in breaking up the crunchy granola or fruit with Two Good Yogurt The combinations below make two servings for each:

Rockin Razzberry

1 and 1/2 Two Good berry flavored
